Reflecting on a New Beginning: A Journey to Launching Our ABA Services
As we step into January 2025, I am filled with gratitude and excitement reflecting on the journey that led to the launch of my Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This milestone has been shaped by countless hours of dedication, unwavering support from loved ones, and the invaluable lessons learned along the way.
Launching a business centered around helping others has always been a dream of mine, and seeing it become a reality has been both humbling and invigorating. From the first spark of an idea to where we are today, every step of this process has been guided by a deep commitment to creating positive, meaningful change for children and families in need of ABA services.
The Power of Support
None of this would have been possible without the incredible encouragement from my friends, family, and professional mentors. Their belief in my vision provided the foundation of strength I needed to navigate the many challenges of starting a business. Whether it was lending a listening ear, offering advice, or simply cheering me on, each act of kindness carried me forward. Special thanks to my husband, Ryan, both our parents, my family and friends, and Dave and Sharronda Allen.
Lessons in Trial and Error
Starting a business is as much about learning from missteps as it is about celebrating wins. Navigating unexpected challenges became an opportunity to grow, refine our processes, and strengthen our services. These experiences reinforced the importance of adaptability, clear communication, and continuous improvement, all of which are essential to providing effective and compassionate care.

I am profoundly thankful for the trust of the families we serve, the collaboration of dedicated professionals, and the unwavering encouragement from my personal support network. Each day reminds me of the incredible opportunities that come with this work—to make a difference, to learn, and to grow.
Looking Ahead: Our Vision for the Future
This launch is just the beginning. Moving forward, I am focused on:
Becoming an approved provider with additional insurance companies to expand access to our services and support more families in need.
Completing training under Dr. Gregory Hanley to integrate compassionate and innovative approaches into our practice, ensuring we stay at the forefront of ABA's evolution.
Continuing to deliver services that align with my core values—prioritizing consent, collaboration, and socially significant outcomes for every client.
